Jokemaster's Tips The Wordmaster has one to three minutes to present the word of the evening: 1 minute - Green light 2 minutes - Yellow light 3 minutes - Red light Select a word that can conceivably be used during a Toastmasters meeting. Jargon, professional terms and slang should be avoided. Present your word by giving a definition and an example of use. If there are other forms of the word it's a good idea to present these, too (such verb, noun and adjectival forms). Have the word clearly displayed in the meeting area, along with its definition.
